Terms and Conditions of your Car Rental
General
* Minimum driver's age is 23;
* Driver's licence must be valid in Portugal and held for more than 2 years. Please ensure you have all the necessary documents available;
Deposit
* To delivery a car we require valid credit car details for security reasons;
Price Information of your rental
* All the prices are in euros;
* All quoted rates include:
- Thirth Party Public Liability;
- Fully inclusive price with CDW;
- Unlimited Mileage in Portugal;
- Value Added Tax (VAT) and local taxes;
- Faro airport and Algarve deliveries;
* One rental day is equal to 24 hours. 1 extra day will be charged if the retun time is more 4 hours than the pick-up time;
* Rates for 3 days are 50 % of the weekly rates;
* Rates for 2 days are 50 % of the weekly rates;
* Rates for 4 or 5 days are based on the 6 day pro-rata (e.g. price for 7 days: € 140. 4 days calculation will be: 140/6*4 = € 93,33;
* Rates for 6 days are equal to 7 days rate;
* 1 extra day will be charged if the return time is more 4 hours than the pick-up time;
* Full payment is required upon signing the rental agreement. The payment has to be done with a valid credit car (Visa/Mastercard/Eurocard, Dibers Club or American Express) travellers cheques or cash;
Car Insurance
* Our prices include CDW (Collision Damage Waiver);
* Insurance cover is subject to an excess and the maximum liability is indicated below:
